Cervical Dystonia
This is also known as Spasmodic Torticollis and is characterized as painful spasms and twisting of the neck with or without tremors. This is known as a movement disorder due to abnormal posturing of the neck. There are typically normal Cervical MRI findings. Patients present with painful spasms and complain on inability to move the head and neck through a normal range of motion. There is usually no weakness or numbness into the arms.

- Spasms around the neck muscles
- Abnormal positioning or head tilt/rotation
- Possible tremors to the neck
- Reduction of range of motion
